The aim of this research was to evaluate the efficiency recurrent selection method for increasing ginning out-turn, optimizing fiber characters and neppiness in cotton breeding. This study started with creation 24 F1 combinations at Nazilli Cotton Research Institute 2013. According method, plants 45 populations were evaluated first cycle procedure such that F1: C1S0 2017, F2: C1S1 2018 F3: C1S2 2019. nep number size decreased each filial generation (from F3). Generally, high heritability coupled genetic advance estimated neppiness. results inbreeding depression values indicated out-turn length population increased while fibers became coarser under stable strength. In addition, SCN (Seed Coat Neps) higher than size. Our showed can be successfully applied a breeding program.
